In only two steps you will have our suckling pig online ready toe at as if you were in our restaurant.
Thanks to the experience that we have as a grill restaurant since 1939, we have designed a product easy to prepare at home that will mantain all the organoleptic properties as if it were roasted straightaway.
Our suckling pig online is roasted the same way we have been doing it for more than 80 years, only its boillying is interrupted in the oven to start a process of fast cooling that will help mantain the properties until it arrives to the client´s home.
Once you have it home…

  • Warm up your oven with a temperature of 160ºC during 10 minutes. Take the suckling pig out of the package, put it on a casserole face up and insert it in the oven for 15 min.
  • Raise the temperature of the oven until 215ºC, pour the juice deep in the casserole and leave it in the oven until the rind is crunchy, approximately after 20 minutes.

In only 2 steps you will have our suckling lamb online ready to it as if you were in our restaurant.
Once you have it home…

  • Warm up your oven with a temperatura of 160ºC during 10 minutes. Take the suckling lamb out of the package, put it on a casserole face up and insert it in the oven for 15 min.
  • Raise the temperature of the oven until 215ºC, pour the juice deep in the casserole and leave it for 15 minutes.
